Edinburgh Studio Opera present King Arthur and Sundry Other Musick by the Genius of Mr Henry Purcell, best described as a series of musical interludes, originally written to accompany a drama about the adventures of the legendary British King. With Henry Purcell's sublime solo and choral writing intermingled with gorgeous dance music blends wonderfully with the poetic lyrics of John Dryden.  The cast and management is drawn from veterans from recent performances  of Okavango Macbeth and Semele.
