Upload Opera in Aberdeen

In a great new initiative, the first gig of Upload Opera is announced. It is aimed at those who don't know much about opera, haven't seen it, don't know much about it but wouldn't mind hearing some while having a few beers!  To be held in Cellar 35 in Aberdeen on Thursday 29 May, admission £3.  Entry is free if you sing and upload your aria!  The accompanist is Dr Ben Marsden.  Jayne Carmichael Norrie, Nina Kopparhed, Alexandra Shrinivas and Richard Carnie are confirmed as soloists and they've chosen their favourite pieces.  Come along and join the fun - check out the Facebook page here.
